Undeniable Proof That You Need To Visit Powerscourt

No trip to Ireland is complete without a visit to the majestic Powerscourt Estate overlooked by the Great Sugarloaf mountain in the Wild Wicklow countryside.

    Powerscourt House & Gardens.

Discover one of the stunning gardens in Ireland’s Ancient East, with 47 acres of lush, beautiful gardens that have been voted the third best in the world by National Geographic. Bursts of color are framed by mature trees in this Wicklow wonderland with exceptional walking trails. The ornate Palladian mansion looks out over the grounds which encompass walled gardens, ornamental lakes, enchanting Japanese gardens, and a pet cemetery. Get away from it all strolling through its secret hollows and wooded valleys, culminating in a climb to the top of Pepperpot Tower for a view so breathtaking you’ll remember it for years to come.

Powerscourt House was once a beautiful Palladian mansion, home to Lord Powerscourt and his family for over 350 years. Sadly the house was destroyed by fire in the 1970s but was renovated, although not to its former glory. Powerscourt House now features a beautiful terrace café where Avoca serves up delectable cuisine.
