    Day 1: Dublin discovery and Afternoon Tea in the Westbury Hotel

    You will be met by a private driver at the airport and transferred to the centrally located 5 star Westbury Hotel. Enjoy decadent afternoon tea on arrival in the gallery of the hotel.

     

    Following this, explore the city and get to know Dublin landmarks including the Georgian Squares, Trinity College and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Today is a luxurious start to your culinary journey.

    Day 2: Cork City & Ballymaloe.

    Today’s journey takes you south to Cork City, which has earned its reputation as the culinary capital of Ireland; discover Cork’s exciting dining options for foodies, including the famous English Market. The English Market is Ireland’s oldest indoor food market offering fresh food sourced by local producers in the center of Cork city.

     

    Leaving Cork city, travel east to visit Ballymaloe Organic Farm and Gardens. See how the Allen family tend to the 100 acre organic farm; thriving throughout the years and consistently reaffirming their passion for delicious and homegrown food. Tonight, you will overnight in Ballymaloe House Hotel.

    Day 3: Jameson Experience Midleton and Cork County

    No connoisseurs’ trip to Ireland would be complete without a visit to a distillery. Travel to the Jameson Experience Midleton, where you’ll taste the whiskey and tour the distillery which makes and matures the world famous whiskey!

     

    Perhaps visit Blarney Castle and Gardens in the afternoon. If you climb the castle’s 127 steps, you will reach the revered Blarney Stone. If you kiss the Blarney Stone, you will receive the ‘Gift of the Gab’, also known as the gift of eloquence!

    Day 4: Beara Peninsula, West Cork and Killarney.

    Discover the Beara Peninsula on the southwest coast. Colorful villages are dotted along the stunning coastal route, community hubs such as Clonakilty, Skibbereen and onto Bantry Bay. Stop where the mood takes you!

     

    Arrive in Killarney. Renowned for its beauty, famed for the splendor of its scenery, Killarney is one of the world’s best-loved tourist spots. Situated in the south western corner of Ireland, with its three famous lakes reflecting the ever changing skies above the great mountain range, Killarney has been the inspiration of poets and painters for many centuries.

    Day 5: Dingle Cookery School and Slea Head Drive

    Spend today in Dingle, Ireland’s most westerly village. Dingle is a magnet for foodies from far and wide; so where better to learn how to prepare traditional Irish dishes with local food professionals.

     

    Dingle Cookery School was named the best Cookery School in Ireland 2019 and is run by passionate chef Mark Murphy and hospitality expert Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh. During your private cookery workshop, you will learn how to prepare authentic Irish dishes and taste exceptional local produce. It’s your chance to ask the foodie experts and learn how to cook authentic Irish food!

     

    In the afternoon, discover the stunning scenery of the Slea Head Drive.

    Day 6: Cliffs of Moher and Burren Smokehouse

    Visit the iconic Cliffs of Moher today and take a walk along the world-famous cliff edge. Standing 702 feet at their highest point, they stretch for 5 miles along the Atlantic coast.

     

    Learn how to smoke salmon and sample the handcrafted Irish delicacy in the Burren Smokehouse. The Burren Smokehouse is a family run business located in the small village of Lisdoonvarna. From humble beginnings, the Curtin family are now famous for their Irish organic salmon, garnering worldwide recognition and winning awards.

     

    Spend the night in Gregan Castle Hotel, a luxury and gourmet manor house set in lush gardens on the Wild Atlantic Way.

    Day 7: Galway and Dublin

    Travel to Galway, the biggest city in the west of Ireland. Galway is renowned for its locally owned restaurants and shops. We recommend a visit to Hazel Mountain Chocolate Shop, where chocolatiers produce fresh chocolate truffles daily.

     

    Travel eastwards through the midlands of Ireland to Dublin City where you will bid farewell to your private chauffeur driver.
